Currently, DAG has a workforce of nine permanent staff, eighteen office volunteers, and seven permanent consultants to deliver programs efficiently and timely. DAG has proficiency in implementing gender and youth empowerment programs, Human Rights advocacy, Anti-corruption, Democracy, Leadership and Governance, Women's political participation, conflict management and transformation as well as a rich experience in interfaith dialogue and public safety and Security.  With our years of experience in interacting and implementing programs with high caliber traditional and religious leaders, there will be no experience of difficulty in mobilizing them to take the lead on any conflict mitigation and peace advocacy projects.
